Each month Rabia is due three payments: her one-quarter share of the property instalment, Imad's loan repayment, and Aamer's loan repayment. Marking a payment records the date it was received. Either loan balance may instead be settled by deduction from that sibling's share of the sale proceeds under Clause 4.3, in which case the remaining schedule needs revising.
